Ugh, forget the tons of shareware programs with promises to offer a ton of online TV channels for [i]x[/i] amount of dollars with promises of access to pay per view channels of thousands of International programmes, take a look at FritzTV. It offers a few sports channels, some movie channels, tv blogs and hundreds of channels across the world.
When installing, you have the option to support the developer which offers this program for free. Among the automatically enabled install options are a FritzTV toolbar with Weather, et cetera and changing your homepage. We didn't try either, so no comment there.
